An exciting opportunity has come available as the Head of Compliance at Knights Care Ltd. The company is a privately owned company operating since 2006, specialising in Dementia and Nursing care. We are looking for a confident individual who is committed, driven, efficient, and able to lead our growing Compliance Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will need to provide reasonable assurance to senior management and the Managing Director that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place in each of our Care Home settings that are well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.
Main Duties and responsibilities include:
- Familiarity with systems and general business operations
- Thorough understanding of ethics, regulations, and laws
- Working with management and care homes
- Auditing and reporting skills
- Deliver front line support to managers and employees
- Mentor our compliance team at the Head Office
Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 based on experience
Job Type – Full Time
The successful candidate is required to drive to site, so a full driving licence is essential.
