JAMES LEWIS, Systems Manager

James started working for Knights Care in 2016 as an apprentice Business Administrator. Despite completing his NVQ level 2 in Business Admin it was clear James’s passion was in IT. James went onto train in this field and completed his level 3 diploma in IT and is now studying towards his level 4 in IT Networks, also attaining his CompTIA Network+. James was promoted to Systems Manager and while he does still help the head office with admin tasks, he spends most of his time ensuring the company’s IT systems are sufficient, safe and secure.

ADAM KNIGHTS, Managing Director

A Caring man, driven by seeing people and services develop.

Adam Knights is the Managing Director of Knights Care. Adam is an owner-operator with over 20 years, hands on experience in the care sector. Knights Care currently operates homes in the North East, East & West Midlands and Humber Regions, specializing in Nursing and Specialist Dementia care.

Adam graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Business Studies and has always had a passion for the care sector since he started in the family business at 8 years old. This passion for supporting vulnerable adults has continued throughout his whole career and whilst always maintaining the highest standards.

Adam believes the key to his successful care homes is in making sure his residents live a life they choose and not one that is forced upon them. Whilst continuing to support and develop his staff who are integral to his business.
