Following an extensive refurbishment, Randolph House now offers a range of specialist environments designed to meet the diverse needs of the people we support. Alongside our dedicated specialist units, the home features four private independent living suites, offering a more personalised setting for individuals who benefit from greater privacy, independence or bespoke support.
The quality and innovation of these suites has been recognised nationally, with Randolph House named a finalist in the 2026 Dementia Care Awards. This recognition reflects our commitment to creating exceptional living environments and delivering person-centred care that enables residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
There's always something happening at Randolph House. Our dedicated engagement team creates a busy and varied activities programme, including weekly exercise classes, regular visits from musicians, interactive games, and a range of fun challenges for residents and visitors to partake in.
Our dedicated team is fully trained in the Studio III approach, equipping them with the skills to provide positive person-centred support. We focus on understanding each individual's needs, reducing distress, and building positive and trusting relationships that promote wellbeing and independence wherever possible.

The nurses here work closely with relatives to reassure and are very open to keeping us informed around any changes in her care needs. The staff have spent time with Mum getting to know her and are always caring of her and us when we visit. It's always clean in her room and across the home. It's nice to feel you can get to know the staff who are regulars and tend to stay there which to me is a good sign.
I'm so pleased my Mum came to you at the beginning of last October, you as a team are outstanding . I never feel like anything is any trouble for any of you and the relationship we have built between ourselves with Mum first and foremost is fabulous.

I would like to thank you all for the care of our dad and grandad. End-of-life care was excellent. So comfortable and clean, excellent. The staff treated him like family. At the very end, you all gave him dignity and peace. You will be thanked forever by all our family. I recommend anyone with an elderly relative who needs the care to place them here, your mind will be at peace.
