Adam founded Knights Care in 2006, having grown up around the care sector from a young age. He remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the group, working alongside home managers and the wider team.
His focus is on maintaining a hands-on, personal approach and ensuring every home reflects the standards and values the business was built on.
