Julie Grant

Julie joined Drovers in January 2024 as Clinical Lead, becoming part of the team dedicated to improving the home's standards following the CQC inspection. Through her commitment, leadership, and focus on delivering high-quality care, she was appointed Deputy Manager later that year. She continued to build on these improvements while working alongside the acting Home Manager before successfully interviewing for the Registered Home Manager position in June 2026.

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Julie has extensive experience working within complex care environments. Her specialist knowledge in dementia care and Positive Behaviour Support enables her to lead with compassion, promote person-centred care, and drive continuous improvements in care planning and clinical standards.
