Through dedication, continuous professional development, and a commitment to excellence, she progressed to become Registered Manager, now leading two care homes.

Laura is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive environments where every resident feels respected, valued, and empowered to live life in a way that is meaningful to them. She believes exceptional care starts with understanding each person's unique needs and building strong relationships with residents, their families, and her dedicated teams.

As Registered Manager, Laura is committed to fostering a culture of kindness, professionalism, and continuous improvement across both homes. She takes great pride in supporting her teams to deliver high-quality care, ensuring every resident feels safe, comfortable, and truly at home.
