Elijah Gumise

Elijah leads and supports mental health services across our care homes, working closely with clinical teams to develop and grow behavioural care services and support the commissioning of new programmes

He provides hands-on leadership within care homes when needed, chairs key clinical and behaviour support meetings, and guides teams in managing complex mental health and behavioural needs.
