Sarah McCormack

Sarah is the Head of Compliance, working closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen compliance, quality, and best practice throughout all services. She began her career in health and social care at 16, combining hands-on experience with college study, and has since built a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of care settings, including residential, nursing, complex care, mental health, and learning disability services. Sarah brings a strong focus on high standards and continuous improvement, supporting teams to deliver safe and effective care.
