Laura has 14 years experience in various settings, including nursing, residential, domiciliary and complex care management. Danielle Hardy
Danielle completed her A-Levels in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship before beginning her career in the care sector, a field she quickly grew to love. She started as a Care Assistant and, through her dedication and compassion, progressed to Senior Care Assistant at Branthwaite in 2021/2022. Wanting to expand her skills, she later chose to pursue administration and left to gain valuable experience. In 2024, she returned to Branthwaite, bringing with her both her care background and administrative expertise.
Danielle is the smiling, happy face that welcomes everyone each day. Her warm personality and friendly approach help residents, families, and visitors feel comfortable from the moment they arrive at the home.

Michelle Robinson
Michelle joined the team in 2021 as a Care Assistant, stepping into the care sector for the first time despite it being a long-standing profession within her family. With her mum, sister, and dad all having worked in care, she was curious but unsure whether it would be the right path for her—until she discovered how much she truly loved the role.
Her dedication, compassion, and natural ability quickly became clear. In 2023, Michelle was promoted to Senior Carer, and in August 2025 she stepped into the role of Deputy Manager. She continues to bring warmth, commitment, and strong leadership to the team, making a positive difference every day.

Jordan Pugmurr
Jordan began her care career in 2015, transitioning from retail and quickly discovering her passion for supporting people with advanced dementia. She progressed from Carer to Senior Carer and Care Coordinator, and now thrives as a Care Team Leader, mentoring colleagues and ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
A standout moment in her career was helping a resident with advanced Lewy Body Dementia attend a family wedding, highlighting the trust and meaningful connections she builds with those in her care. Driven by a long-term goal to study Mental Health Nursing, Jordan brings compassion, dedication, and expertise to her team every day.

Louise Eaton
Louise joined Branthwaite in August 2021 as a valued member of the domestic team, quickly demonstrating her strong work ethic, reliability, and positive approach. Her excellent communication skills, warm manner and administration background of 22 years made her a natural fit for a more resident- and visitor-facing role, and in March 2023 she moved into the reception team.
Louise continued to excel, taking on greater responsibility and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. In April 2024, she stepped into the role of Head of Administration across both Branthwaite and Cherry Holt Care Homes. In this position, she oversees administrative processes, supports staff teams, and helps ensure families, residents, and colleagues receive efficient, friendly, and professional service.
