Simone Ritchie

Deputy Manager

Simone commenced employment at Cherry Holt in December 2017 as the very first Deputy Manager, a role she's very passionate about. Her journey in healthcare began in August 2006 when, after just two weeks of working as a carer in the community, she realised this was her calling in life.

Simone proudly states that the role has taught her so much, and loves what a true family feeling it is to work at Cherry Holt.

Louise Eaton

Head of Administration

Louise joined Branthwaite in August 2021 as a valued member of the domestic team, quickly demonstrating her strong work ethic, reliability, and positive approach. Her excellent communication skills, warm manner and administration background of 22 years made her a natural fit for a more resident- and visitor-facing role, and in March 2023 she moved into the reception team.

Louise continued to excel, taking on greater responsibility and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. In April 2024, she stepped into the role of Head of Administration across both Branthwaite and Cherry Holt Care Homes. In this position, she oversees administrative processes, supports staff teams, and helps ensure families, residents, and colleagues receive efficient, friendly, and professional service.

Laura Harding

Clinical Lead

Laura has worked in care since 2004 and qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2008. Throughout her career she has gained experience in a wide range of settings, including acute hospital wards, primary care, community services, and nursing homes—where she discovered her true passion. She has held numerous roles over the years, from carer and nurse to senior nurse, unit manager, and clinical lead.

Laura joined Cherry Holt in June 2023. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care and feels privileged to support people in the place they feel most comfortable and happy—their home.

Sally Hampshire

Care Co-Ordinator

Sally joined Cherry Holt in 2023, initially working as a Carer before progressing to Senior Carer and now serving as a Care Coordinator. She is also a Train-the-Trainer in the safe administration of medications.

With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, Sally has worked in both residential and domiciliary care settings. She holds NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 4 in Leadership and Management, reflecting her strong professional foundation and commitment to high-quality care.
