Elijah Gumise

Elijah is the Knights Care Mental Health Director and currently acting as interim Drovers Call Care Home Manager.

Elijah's focus is around staff development with mental health and behaviour management training, as well as creating an environment and culture of trust, openness and effective team working.

Lauren joined Drovers in October 2023, and has quickly become a vital part in the everyday running of the home. She has since started her level 3 business administration qualification.

Lauren loves the interactions with residents and the families and being part of a great team, helping out where ever she can.
