Amanda Udeze
Amanda has worked for the company for seven years as HR Manager and gained her master’s degree in 2020.
Amanda is a people’s person ,very charismatic and a great communicator. In her spare time Amanda loves to cook delicious food for her family and loves spending time with her friends.

Matt Nicholson
Matt has worked maintenance at Branthwaite since October 2022 having previously worked maintenance at other care homes for seven years, bringing knowledge and experience into the home.
Laura Willows
Laura started working at Cherry Holt in 2008 as a Senior Care Assistant and has worked her way up to the role of Dual Registered Manager for Branthwaite and Cherry Holt Care Homes. Laura has 14 years experience in various settings, including nursing, residential, domiciliary and complex care management. Laura’s qualifications include Advanced diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 5 in Management and Level 6 in Person Centred Dementia.
Laura has a passion for making a difference for those we care for by ensuring that residents live the highest quality of life possible through positive interactions with staff.
Louise Eaton
Louise has worked at Branthwaite since August 2021 in another role and then moved onto Reception in March 2023.
She provides a friendly and warm welcome to all visitors to Branthwaite and point visitors in the right direction should they need it.
Nicola Gray
Nicola has been at Brathwaite care home for over 7 years having started her career as a Care Assistant and then worked up to Senior Carer then onto Deputy Manager.
