Ellie joined the Knights Care Team in January 2021 as an Accounts Assistant. She has over 17 years’ experience working in accounts in a variety of different roles. The need for our accounts team to grow presented the opportunity for Ellie to join us. The ability to adapt her accounting knowledge to the care sector enabled her to settle into the role with ease and has progressed into the role of Customer Relations Manager. Ellie has great attention to detail which is needed when dealing with resident’s care fees and funding. This also comes in handy for her hobby as a cake maker.
