Mandy has worked in the care sector for over 17 years, starting in the community as a support worker then going onto studying Mental Health Nursing at Keele University.
Mandy has held mangers registration in her previous position and is proud to have achieved an outstanding rating with CQC and understands what this entails. She is excited to work with the team at Abbey Court sharing her skills and knowledge and is passionate about how care is delivered. She is very focused on teamwork and empowering others to achieve their potential enabling a positive culture for growth within the workplace.
