Dan Mihai
Dan is one of the most recognisable faces at Abbey Court, having been here man and boy for 20 years. Having joined as a care assistant, he has developed to senior care assistant and is now the homes Deputy Manager.
Dan is passionate about the home and enhancing the wellbeing and lives all of our residents.
Mandy Leadbetter
Mandy has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, starting in the community as a support worker then going onto studying Mental Health Nursing at Keele University.
She is very focused on teamwork and empowering others to achieve their potential enabling a positive culture for growth within the workplace.
Alison Barnet
Alison has spent most of her life working in care homes and has progressed in her career to her current role as Lead Senior Carer.
Alongside her vast experience, she has also amassed a wealth of qualifications, including NVQs in Health and Social Care, Customer Service and Activity Provision. When not at work Alison is kept busy – she has 3 children and 7 grandchildren, Rosie the dog and an allotment, all of which need a lot of attention!
Sandra Keeble
Having worked in complex care in South Africa for 12 years, Sandra came to the UK with experience and a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in others lives.
She is trained and qualified in other fields such as psychiatric, midwifery and community care and her passion for elderly care is evident on a daily basis.
