Michelle Chidwick started work at Ladysmith Care Home in 2012 as a care assistant. In 2016 Knights Care created the new post of Housekeeper, which Michelle applied for as she wanted a more senior role. After successfully achieving the role, Michelle now supervises a team of ten domestic staff ensuring the home is clean, tidy and odour free and a professional laundry service is provided.
