Nav joined the Knights Care team in September 2014 as an Accounts Apprentice and has recently been promoted to the role of Financial Controller. Prior to this Nav took a year and a half break from Knights Care in which he explored working in an accountancy practice. During his time away from Knights Care he has gained a valuable set of skills from exposure in an accountancy practice and he has brought these key skills to help the finance function. Nav is a hardworking and dedicated member of the team. Already completing AAT, he has ambitions to complete the CIMA accounting qualification in the near future
