Nick Cooling has had a passion for cooking since school age. He has a NVQ level 2 in hospitality and catering, and worked for a French restaurant for many years until he relocated to Grimsby. Nick started working for Knights Care in 2018 where his passion continues. Nick ensure that all residents at Ladysmith Care Homes diet requirements are met by frequently engaging with the residents and implements their ideas of what dishes they would like to see on the menus we create.
