I have worked at Cherry Holt since July 2009 as a carer and assisted with maintaining the Garden and surrounding grounds. I was part of the team when building Brathwaite and naturally progressed to working doing both care and maintenance up until about a year ago when I moved on to do full time Maintenance work.
As part of my new maintenance role, I paint the rooms, put furniture together and generally help out where needed. I drive the company minibus and take residents out with the activities team to appointments, shopping and even to the local ice cream parlour.
My hobbies are more diy, gardening, veg garden, traveling abroad for holidays, enjoying family time at weekends.
