Vivienne Clarke joined Ladysmith Care Home working as a cook in October 2018. She has over 25 years’ experience working in the care industry working her way up from carer to level 4 and registered manager. However, on reaching her 60’s she wanted to return to a more hands on role and having catering experience (Home baking cottage industry) she enjoys meeting the needs of the residents and working as part of an excellent team. She also has teaching and training qualifications allowing her to deliver in house moving and handling sessions and would like to develop this role if there is scope within the home.
